Payment is to be made at the time of the appointment and can be made via Credit Card, EFTPOS, or Direct Debit.

Cancellation policy

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please inform us with more than 24-hours’ notice. Changes or cancellations with less than 24-hours’ notice may incur a charge.

Norwest Medical Centre

Car parking is available in the nearby Norwest Private Hospital car park located on the ground level and basement.

If you are arriving or departing with public transport, a bus stop is located at the front entrance of the Norwest Private Hospital and is serviced by Route T64 between Parramatta, Bella Vista and Rouse Hill. Timetables are available online at www.cdcbus.com.au and by calling 131 500.

OrthoNorth - Chatswood

Car parking is available in the nearby car parks for the Westfield Chatswood and Chatswood Chase shopping centres. Limited metered on-street parking is also available.

If you are arriving or departing with public transport, Chatswood is the nearest Train Station. From the station, Orthonorth is approximately a 10-minute walk. For more detailed information visit www.transportnsw.info or call 131 500.

Balmain Sports Medicine Centre

Limited car parking is available under the building, accessed via the driveway next to 1 Withecombe St. However, if you are mobile, it is recommended that you park in the side streets, Withecombe St or Hancock St, which offer 2-hour and 1-hour street parking. Otherwise, there is a 2-hour free council car park on Victoria Rd diagonally opposite the practice, entry on Ellen St.

If you are arriving or departing with public transport, a bus stop is located on Victoria Rd near the front entrance of the Medicine Centre as well as on the opposite side of Victoria Rd. For more detailed information visit www.transportnsw.info or call 131 500.

Hospital Appointments

Norwest Private Hospital

Car parking is available in the car park located on the ground level and in the basement of the hospital.

North Shore Private Hospital

The main entrance is on Westbourne Street, entering from the western (Pacific Highway) end. There is a drop off area, and access to the Wilson car park behind the hospital. Concession, daily and weekly passes are available for purchase at the Parking Office.

Regular buses running between the upper and lower North Shore, Epping, Ryde and Sydney city, stop on the Pacific Highway outside Royal North Shore Hospital. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the Highway to the hospital. Designated 144 buses (Manly to Chatswood) stop inside the Royal North Shore/ North Shore Private Hospital campus.
